Clarksville, TN · Available for new opportunities

Hi, I'm Kody Guffey.
I make software
easier to love.

Technical Support Engineer

I've spent 4+ years bridging customers and engineering across SaaS platforms — building integrations, debugging the hard problems, and turning user pain into product improvements.

About me

I'm a self-taught developer who built my first computer at 14 and fell hard for all things tech. That hardware curiosity turned into a love of software — and eventually into a career spent at the intersection of customers and engineering.

Being a developer myself is my biggest asset in support: I can read the code, reproduce the bug, and speak fluently with the engineers building the product and the customers relying on it. I'm a direct, empathetic communicator who'd rather de-escalate a problem than add to it — and I operate on a simple "see something, say something" philosophy when it comes to improving the product and the processes around it.

Originally from Richmond, VA, now based in Clarksville, TN.
